By accessing or using Trakora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trakora is a cloud-based GPS fleet tracking and management platform. The Service allows you to track vehicles, receive alerts, generate reports, and manage your fleet operations.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
  • Use the Service to track individuals without their consent

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Free plans are subject to feature and vehicle limitations
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • We may suspend accounts with overdue payments

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned byTrakora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. GPS DATA MAY BE SUBJECT TO INACCURACIES DUE TO SIGNAL LIMITATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TRAKORA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trakora from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
